    Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage and optimize our daily operations. The Operations Supervisor will lead a team, streamline processes, and ensure the efficient execution of tasks. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive operational excellence.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
    • Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
    • Monitor quality standards and enforce quality control measures.
    • Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
    • Oversee inventory levels, replenishment, and stock control.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
    • Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

    Safety Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices.

    • Handle safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
    • Analyze operational data to make informed decisions and improvements.
    • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to management. Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
    • Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
