    Description

    What You WillDo

    • Serve asScrum Master and coach to support the client in adopting an Agileframework and practices across all projects within theorganization.
    • Facilitate agileceremonies.
    • Lead the communication and exchangeof information across teams. Engage with stakeholders andfacilitate collaboration.
    • Manage tasks andactivities in Azure DevOps.
    • Provide project,program, and portfolio management support for the client'spriority projects and/or emergingpriorities.
    • Develop program managementartifacts and tools including agendas, meeting minutes, projectplans and schedules, and communicationsmaterials.
    • Utilize an agile framework totranslate requirements into user stories and collaborate with otherAgile efforts across the client organization to effectively manageproject activities and achievement ofmilestones.
    • Proactively coordinate with clientand other government stakeholders and contractors to gatherrelevant information and support achievement of projectobjectives.
    • Develop reports and visualizationto communicate progress, risks, issues and other information todiverse groups of stakeholders.
    • Support theclient in planning, coordinating, and leading meetings, and keepingcontents of meetings focused.
    • Respond toinquiries on behalf of the client.
    • Collaboratewith client leadership and staff to determine and prioritizebusiness strategies.
    • Work with client todeliver, monitor, and communicate progress towardgoals
    • Provide awareness of risks andassessing/monitoring risk when business decisions aremade.
    • Identify and provide recommendations onimprovements across the client organization.

    What You WillNeed

    • AnACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal securityclearance
    • Bachelor'sdegree
    • FOUR (4) or more years of projectdevelopment experience on an AgileTeam.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
    • Excellent organization and timemanagement skills
    • Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills

    What Would Be Nice ToHave

    • Certified Scrum Master(CSM)
    • AgileCertifications
    • Experience supporting projectsin an IT environment is preferred
    • Previousconsulting experience with the federalgovernment
    • Experience working closely withsenior executives and clients of varying levels in a fast-pacedenvironment
    • Demonstrated analytical andproblem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated ability tooffer solutions and articulate the business impact to clients in aclear and concise manner
    • Demonstrated abilityto work collaboratively with others in a teamenvironment
