    talent acquisition specialist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Duncan & Ross

    Description
    • Point of contact for theRecruitment related topics of assigned organizationscope.
    • Participate in different Recruitment andprojects to contribute for the improvement of Recruitmentprocess.
    • Engage with clients on a case-by-casebasis.
    • Source and assess candidates as per thestandards and qualifications from theclient.
    • Post and manage the candidates poolingusing the online recruitment platforms

    QUALIFICATIONSTANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE &EXPERIENCE:

    • Having minimum of 6 years workingexperience, with a good understanding of the different Recruitmentand HR processes
    • Ideally experience in any ofthe sectors: Engineering, O&G, Construction, Aerospace& Defense, Technology, Telco Sector andRailway.
    • Recruitment experience in the MiddleEast is an advantage.
    • Experience deliveringclient-focused solutions to customerneeds.
    • Having experience hiring BIM resourcesis an advantage.
    • Have strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Have a flexible andmotivated team player.
    • Having a client mindedand goal-oriented focus and you have a problem-solvingattitude.
    • Excellent English Communication.Other language would be an advantage
    • Solidexperience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MSExcel)
    • Detailoriented.
