    Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - ARAMEX

    Description
    • Manage end to end recruitment for Aramex UAE station: both internal & external, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers & candidates and delivering a successful recruitment outcome.
    • Act as the Process owner of the recruitment process and the applicant tracking system (Success Factor) of the positions handling.
    • Contribute to Annual manpower planning, data/statistics reviews, and analyses information to draw significant observations/inferences.
    • Formulate recruitment strategy and plans to achieve desired level & quality of manpower for all divisions.
    • To Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver best recruitment & talent strategy and to understand the business and be aware of changes which may impact recruitment.
    • Ensures job descriptions remain updated as per the business requirement.
    • Manage intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job specifications, ideal candidate profile and educate stakeholders on processes and manage expectations by setting timelines.
    • Actively contribute to innovation of recruitment process and provide interview coaching and support to hiring managers when necessary.
    • Derive recruitment planning related information and execute tactical recruitment campaigns to support proactive sourcing and talent pooling.
    • Conduct market mapping and created sourcing strategies to ensure high potential candidates are identified and communicated to the business.
    • Utilize latest technologies, managing online career webpage database that can attract and capture best qualified candidates to provide best recruitment processes for easy sorting purposes.
    • Ensure consistent communication of the company's Employee Value Proposition and manage candidate expectations and provide constructive feedback to ensure a positive experience thereby promoting employer branding.
    • Oversee recruitment & selection process and maintain all documents according to legal and organizational regulations and to ensure smooth onboarding.
    • Manage the internal recruitment of the company overseeing portfolios of all internal applicants in terms of vertical or lateral moves, in coordination with the Performance management team to encourage retentions and promotions making sure that the employees have enough growth opportunities within the company and leading the internal succession planning project.
    • Leading external succession planning project by maintaining strong pipeline for all critical roles.
    • Review, shortlist, and interview qualified candidates within the framework of the job opening to advance them to the next step of the selection process.
    • Maintained a cordial communication with the candidates across each step of the application process starting from initial presentation of the company offer negotiating.
    • Coordinate with onboarding team for offer letter issuance and onboarding process.
    • Reviewing the onboarding progress of new hires to maintain recruitment tracker.
    • Coordinate with the training and talent development team to make sure proper induction training is provided upon joining.

    Basic/ Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor/ Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in talent acquisition ideally within a fast-paced environment with a high volume of roles.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a solution-orientated approach.
