    Description

    What You WillDo

    • Ensuringcompliance with all safety, purchasing, fiduciary, stores andenvironmental policies and procedures
    • Developstrong partnerships internally and externally, aligning withstrategic initiatives, commitments, and supply chainstrategies
    • Working with internal customers toidentify and address unmet needs that align with procurement andbusiness goals to deliver long-term value; demonstrate a highdegree of Customer Focus and an ability to effectively influenceothers
    • Ability to lead and effectively managechange based on the visions and initiatives we are working toachieve (GP, Business, Operations, and Strategic Sourcing andProcurement (SS&P)).
    • Proactivelycollaborate and partner with key stakeholders, includingOperations, Reliability, Maintenance, and SS&P'sCategory, Sourcing and Inventory ManagementTeams.
    • Leading, supervising, coaching, andmentoring employees
    • Utilize critical thinkingskills to identify, analyze, and execute on opportunities tostreamline processes and achieve the lowest total cost of ownershipon projects, storeroom inventory, and otherpurchases
    • Sourcing, procuring, negotiating,contracting, and managing inventory of equipment, MRO parts,services, and supplies as appropriate
    • Workingwith requestors to understand requirements, specifications, andtiming; conducting competitive bidding process, includingsoliciting RFIs/RFPs and robust bid analysis &recommendations
    • Managing and working to improvethe procure-to-pay process (including invoice reconciliationmanagement) and training internal customers on their roles in theseprocesses as needed
    • Ensure storerooms aredisciplined, optimized, reliable, support defined asset strategiesand are supported by corporate leadership and mill operationteams

    Who You Are (BasicQualifications)

    • Bachelor's Degree or 4years or procurement of supply chainexperience
    • At least 3 years of purchasing,manufacturing operations or supply chain relatedexperience
    • Inventory or storeroom managementexperience, including experience with an inventory managementcomputer system
    • Experienced with MicrosoftOffice: Word, Excel, &Outlook
