    Description
    • Prepares contractdocuments, warranties, bonds and licenses and assist formalexecution by the appropriateparties.
    • Advises onadministration of the terms of construction works or servicescontracts.
    • Measures andprovides valuations of the work carried out and adjust variationsin accordance with the terms of the contract and agree with thecontractor.
    • Ensures adequatecost control and reporting services during thecontract.
    • Prepares financialreports for the client in the form and at the frequencyrequired.
    • Identifying allcosts associated with design changes, contract awards, constructionactivities and clientcharges.
    • Participates in theevaluation of claims for delay and additional costs made by thecontractor and any nominatedsubcontractors/suppliers.
    • Adviseson the issue of certificates of practical completion and ensurethat final accounts are negotiated andagreed.
    • Advises on issue ofcertificate of making good defects and final completion inaccordance with any requirements relating to completion,submissions andapprovals.
    • Deliversimprovements in systems and processes, driving transformationalchange.
    • Manages a team ofprofessional roles (may include support roles), driving performanceand results, whilst delivering performance management, technicaldevelopment, andcoaching.
    • Seeksopportunities for continuous improvements/improving workingprocesses.
    • Developseffective working relationships with both internal and externalstakeholders.
    • Workscollaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbontransition and share responsibility for the proactiveidentification and management of the associated carbon emissionsand reductions during the delivery ofwork.
