    • Efficiently & effectively managesthe approved FY budget to launch initiatives & implementseasonal changes as per the agreedtimelines.
    • Influences the buying strategy ofthe business at the category/division level by using keyproductivity metrics.
    • Develops seasonal plansto implement changes as per the business & buyingstrategy
    • Develops & establishes SOPsfor the department to increase the overall efficiency of thedepartment
    • Schedules & monitors allongoing projects
    • Presents monthly space& inventory productivity reports to other retail functionsfor in-season opportunities.
    • Hires, coaches,and supervises the team members to achieve the yearlyKPIs
    • Works closely with Central Planning toexecute & drive better SKUefficiencies
