    • 2-5years of proven track record of performancemarketing experience while managing CPA, CPL, ROASdriven paid campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram,LinkedIn, Affiliates
    • In depth workingexperience of Google Analytics, E-com set-up, tracking pixelimplementation, Google data studio
    • Experiencewith marketing automation (email drip) tools will be aplus
    • Experience using bid strategies,ad-copies, policies, optimization techniques across Google,LinkedIn, Facebook/insta, Bing, etc
    • A goodunderstanding of audiences and how these can be applied toSearch/Display campaigns to optimise activity
    • Aself starter and able to demonstrate proactiveness and able to workindependently
    • A genuine interest in digitalmarketing in particular paid campaigns (search,display)
    • Very strong in written Englishcommunication
    • Passionate about the subject/workand looking for excellence in his/herwork
    • Commitment to the vision ofNoboru World
    • Age: Less than 35Yrs
    • Bachelors in anystream

    Responsibilitiesand Duties
    • Fullmanagement of client's search and displayaccounts
    • Oversee the execution and optimizationof Search accounts including the implementation of newcampaigns
    • You ll be independently managinglarge budgets across multiple clientaccounts
    • Optimising performance to clientROAS/CPA goals
    • Responsibility for reporting,analysing & interpreting data to understand performance,what is impacting performance & what you can do toinfluence it
    • Rolling out best practice acrossall paid campaign accounts
    • Stay on top ofindustry developments and recommend relevant BETAtests
    • Make strategic recommendations for how toachieve growth whilst maintaining efficiency in line with clientgoals
    • Hiring performance team and leading theperformance marketing business for Indian market in next 12 monthstime while growing with the organisation
