    Job Title: Sales Manager - Web Development and Mobile App Technologies

    Experience: 4 to 6+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales and Marketing professional with a proven track record in closing high-end deals within the e-commerce industry. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and shaping our organization's success.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy Development
    • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies for e-commerce.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the digital landscape.

    Client Relationship Management
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.

    Deal Closing
    • Utilize a consultative selling approach to close high-value deals for e-commerce websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

    Market Research and Analysis
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

    Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Revenue Growth
    • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for e-commerce sales.

    Conversion Rates
    • Improve and maintain high conversion rates in the sales pipeline.

    Client Retention
    • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

    Market Penetration
    • Increase market share within the e-commerce sector through successful business development efforts.

    Deal Closure Time
    • Efficiently close high-end deals within established timeframes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    • Proven track record in sales and marketing with a focus on e-commerce, mobile apps, and digital products.
    • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and emerging industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
