    As a CommercialAnalytics Manager at Picnic, your role is twofold: on one hand,you're using your exceptional analytical skills to drive projectsfrom conceptualization to implementation in different areas ofPicnic's business model; and on the other hand, you steer theexpansion and the scale up phase of Picnic in Germany, challengingthe traditional industry of groceries with a disruptive businessmodel and tackling the food waste world problem by putting data andtech at first.

    What you ll do

    You ll work on a wide range of projects and concepts whichcan vary from pricing optimization, assortment and promotionsefficiency, to expansion of our commercial strategy in otherregions and so much more. You'll have the chance of drivinginnovation everywhere and be the one creating direct impact. Wehave teams across Dusseldorf, Amsterdam and Paris, and you ll workclosely together with them and with our founders to unlock fullpotential of the modern milkman business model in Germany.

    About you

    • Master s or PhD degree in Operational Research, BusinessAnalytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Robotics, Statistics, Machine,Data Science, Physics, Business Engineering, or SupplyChain
    • 3-5 years of work experience in afast-paced environment with projects involving data analytics,statistical modelling, mathematical optimization or processsimulation
    • Your mentoring and coaching skillshelp to bring your team to the next level
    • Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in acomprehensible manner to various stakeholders from differentfields
    • Your communication skills allow you toconvert abstract plans into digestible information for your team,both in English and German
    • You have workedwith SQL and Python or are excited to learn
    • Your sharp business sense and conceptual thinkingabilities mean you can look beyond the obvious to come up withfresh and innovative ideas
