    What youll bedoing

    The Emiratisation TalentAcquisition Executive is a vital role within our organizationresponsible for supporting the recruitment efforts of UAE Nationals(Emiratis) by identifying top talent retaining and developingEmirati employees. This role plays a crucial part in aligning ourworkforce with nationalization initiatives and promoting a diverseand inclusive workplace.

    What youllneed to succeed

    TalentSourcing: This entails collaborating with hiring managersto comprehend Emirati workforce needs employing diverse channels(e.g. job portals social media career fairs professional networks)to identify top Emirati talent and maintaining a talent pipelinefor present and future job openings.

    Emiratisation Initiatives: This involves staying informedabout nationalization policies ensuring compliance and craftingstrategies to attract hire and retain Emirati talent.

    Candidate Screening and Assessment:Responsibilities include conducting initial candidate screeningsand interviews to evaluate qualifications skills and cultural fitas well as coordinating assessment centers and other evaluationmethods.

    CandidateExperience: Ensuring a positive candidate journey bymaintaining timely communication providing feedback and aidingcandidates in understanding and embracing the companys culture andvalues.

    Talent Development:Collaborating with HR and L&D teams to devise developmentplans for Emirati employees tracking their progress and offeringnecessary support for their professional growth.

    Diversity and Inclusion: Focusing oncreating an inclusive workplace for Emirati employees and designingstrategies to promote diversity within the organization.
