    JobDescription

    1) ImplementSales & Marketing strategy of the Division / Product rangein the market

    2) Ensure that theSales Force is properly equipped trained and motivated to achievetheir targets by providing best service practices to thecustomers

    3) Build and maintainprofessional relationship with the decision makers in the market toachieve the set targets

    4) Ensurethat the Sales personnel are adhering to the company policy& guidelines

    5) Ensure Brandobjectives are met as per the guidelines of the DivisionManager

    6) Direct the Sales personnelin identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in therespective territory / channel

    7)Conduct strategic meetings with customers negotiate and signBusiness Development Agreement (BDA) & ensureimplementation

    8) Conduct regularsales meeting to evaluate the performance & take correctivesteps to drive sales.

    9) Conductperformance evaluation and appraisals (Quarterly & Annual)of the sales force for the Channel

    10) Actively participate & get involved in the new businessdevelopment opportunities

    11) Ensurethat the volume and value sale target allocated for the Channel isachieved

    12) Focus on improveddistribution visibility share of shelf in the category market sharegrowth for each SKU/brand

    13) MonthlyAnalysis Report Analysis of report on account Brand and Skus wisewith results

    14) Quarterly BusinessReview need to do business review to Division Manager

    15) Perfect Store Gum & Chocolate PScores should be maintained with the assigned target


    Identify knowledge gaps within the team anddevelop plan to fulfill them


    Requirements

    Education: Bachelors Degree from recognizeduniversity

    WorkExperience:

    • Minimum 7 10years of Total work experience.
    • Minimum 5 7 years of relevant work experience
    • Minimum 3 5 years of managerial workexperience.

    Language andIT Skills:

    • Spoken andwritten high proficiency (English is a must) and advanced ITliteracy

    FunctionalSkills:

    • Demonstrateexcellent communication skills (English Language oral andwritten)
    • Demonstrate excellentinterpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse andmulticultural environment.
    • Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and plan future capacityrequirements
    • Problems solving andanalytical skills coupled with demonstrated ability to complete theassigned work within the stipulated time.

    Travel Requirements

    • Possess a valid UAE driving license and owncar
