    Description

    Minimumqualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree inElectrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a relatedfield, or equivalent practicalexperience.
    • Experience in signal and powerintegrity simulation, validation of system boards, includingmemory, and high-speed communicationinterfaces.
    • Experience with electromagnetic(EM) field and transmission linetheory.
    • Experience with industry SI simulationand lab tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Designer, Cadence Sigritytools, ADS, Hspice, TDR, VNA, probe station, and real-timescope).

    Preferredqualifications:

    • Master's degree in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a relatedfield.
    • Experience working in a test automationand scripting technical environment.
    • Experiencewith PCB, connector and flexes technologies, as well as materialsand component selection.
    • Experience with MIPI,USB, DP, DDR, UFS standards, and directlab.
    • Knowledge and understanding of Android,Linux system, programming capability of I/O commands.

    The US base salary range for thisfull-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity +benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, andlocation. The range displayed on each job posting reflects theminimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all USlocations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by worklocation and additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range for your preferredlocation during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze performance or requirementsof hardware components, use industry appropriate tools to developand optimize hardware component designs against requirements, andacknowledge and consider cross-functional designconstraints.
    • Document hardware design,implementation, or test/validation results throughout the productlife-cycle.
    • Participate in all stages of nextgeneration consumer product development. Own Signal Integrity (SI)and Power Integrity (PI) of product and its sub-componentdevelopment.
    • Drive solutions for SI/PI issueswith design engineers, PCB designers, and the system team and runanalysis on performance and cost.
    • Work ondesign validations of high-speed interfaces (e.g., MIPI, USB, DP)and issue analysis.
