    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Workwith VP Marketing to develop an overall marketing plan includingthe calendar of activities and budgets across theregion.
    • Develop individual marketing plans incollaboration with each vendor and internal stakeholders based onthe business needs.
    • Plan and execute campaignsand activities for lead generation, partner enablement andawareness. These would include events like exhibitions,conferences, seminars, roundtables, as well as promotions, andtraining programmes.
    • Work in conjunction withDigital Marketing team to ensure alignment for all marketingcampaigns and activities.
    • Coordinate with allconcerned parties – including vendors, channel partners,and agencies to guarantee adequate planning, execution andmonitoring of marketing activities.
    • Manageon-site execution of all events.
    • Analyzemarketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, ROI etc.) tohelp shape future marketing strategies.
    • Takecharge of all internal coordination, administrative work andfinancial procedures related to the marketing department, includingMDF Management.
    • Ensure documentation of allmarketing initiatives including assessment reports andfeedback.
    • Think creatively to produce newideas and concepts.

    QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLSREQUIRED:

    • Bachelors/Master's degreein marketing or a related field.
    • 3+ years ofhands-on marketing experience in a B2B role at an IT Distributioncompany.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage thebudgeting process and use of analyticalskills.
    • Proven track record in delivering ROIdriven marketing campaigns that drive salesgrowth.
    • Adept with media editing softwareincluding Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well asCRM.
    • Ability to multitask and perform undertight deadlines.
    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
