    Talent Acquisition Specialist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - ARAMEX

    Description
    • Manage end to end recruitment forAramex UAE station: both internal & external, ensuring apositive experience for hiring managers & candidates anddelivering a successful recruitmentoutcome.
    • Act as the Process owner of therecruitment process and the applicant tracking system (SuccessFactor) of the positions handling.
    • Contributeto Annual manpower planning, data/statistics reviews, and analysesinformation to draw significantobservations/inferences.
    • Formulate recruitmentstrategy and plans to achieve desired level & quality ofmanpower for all divisions.
    • To Buildrelationships with stakeholders to deliver best recruitment& talent strategy and to understand the business and beaware of changes which may impactrecruitment.
    • Ensures job descriptions remainupdated as per the business requirement.
    • Manageintake meetings with hiring managers to understand jobspecifications, ideal candidate profile and educate stakeholders onprocesses and manage expectations by settingtimelines.
    • Actively contribute to innovation ofrecruitment process and provide interview coaching and support tohiring managers when necessary.
    • Deriverecruitment planning related information and execute tacticalrecruitment campaigns to support proactive sourcing and talentpooling.
    • Conduct market mapping and createdsourcing strategies to ensure high potential candidates areidentified and communicated to thebusiness.
    • Utilize latest technologies, managingonline career webpage database that can attract and capture bestqualified candidates to provide best recruitment processes for easysorting purposes.
    • Ensure consistentcommunication of the company's Employee Value Propositionand manage candidate expectations and provide constructive feedbackto ensure a positive experience thereby promoting employerbranding.
    • Oversee recruitment &selection process and maintain all documents according to legal andorganizational regulations and to ensure smoothonboarding.
    • Manage the internal recruitment ofthe company overseeing portfolios of all internal applicants interms of vertical or lateral moves, in coordination with thePerformance management team to encourage retentions and promotionsmaking sure that the employees have enough growth opportunitieswithin the company and leading the internal succession planningproject.
    • Leading external succession planningproject by maintaining strong pipeline for all criticalroles.
    • Review, shortlist, and interviewqualified candidates within the framework of the job opening toadvance them to the next step of the selectionprocess.
    • Maintained a cordial communicationwith the candidates across each step of the application processstarting from initial presentation of the company offernegotiating.
    • Coordinate with onboarding teamfor offer letter issuance and onboardingprocess.
    • Reviewing the onboarding progress ofnew hires to maintain recruitmenttracker.
    • Coordinate with the training andtalent development team to make sure proper induction training isprovided upon joining.

    Basic/ JobRequirements:

    • Bachelor/Master's degree in Human ResourceManagement.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years'experience in talent acquisition ideally within a fast-pacedenvironment with a high volume of roles.
    • Strongwritten, verbal, and interpersonalskills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills combinedwith a solution-orientatedapproach.
