The successful candidate will be passionate about theaviation industry target and goal driven and have experience insales.

    Purpose ofRole

    • To proactively identifytargets and secure business opportunities across both the Passenger/ Commercial and Private Jet products.
    • To buildstrong and productive relationships with new and existing clientsto ensure business objectives areachieved.
    • Responsible for developing PassengerSales Strategies and implementing related business objectivesacross the region in line with the localmanagement.
    • To play a fundamental role indeveloping future growth and enhancing the position of the companyas a market leader.
    • Achieving growth andhitting sales targets.
    • Designing andimplementing a strategic sales plan in conjunction with the localmanagement to expand the companys customer base and ensure itsstrong presence.

    Key JobResponsibilities

    BusinessDevelopment

    • To proactivelyresearch identify and grow business opportunities in new andexisting markets to ensure business objectives aremet.
    • Secure profitable new clients primarilythrough telephone or face to face contact where appropriate andefficient.
    • Actively promote all CF products toclients suppliers and industry contacts in Middle East in order toacquire profitable business in accordance with the Regional SalesStrategy.
    • Keep up to date with competitoractivity to identify businessopportunities.
    • Work towards and in line withall agreed group sales and operationsstrategies.
    • Work in partnership with the localbroker departments by providing them with all relevant informationand supporting them throughout the brokeringprocess.
    • Support the development of a businessplan to reveal future business opportunities and development incoordination with the Senior Managementteam.

    SalesStrategy

    • To proactivelysupport the development of Passenger Strategies and implementrelated business objectives across the region in line with theorganizational objectives.
    • Working inconjunction with the Regional Director Passenger Solutions todevelop Passenger Sales Strategies and to support the maintenanceof relationships with existing and new clients as well as suppliersto generate further business.
    • Weekly progressreports on all new accounts to the Regional Director PassengerSolutions IMEA.
    • Work towards the agreed targetsand in line with all agreed group sales and operationsstrategies.

    RevenueGeneration

    • Implementation ofthe business plan to drive new clientele/accounts and boost theannual revenue of the region.
    • Developstrategies and action plan as and when the businessdemands.
    • Work closely with Finance Marketingand Brokers to identify challenges andopportunities.
    • Implementation of the agreedbusiness strategies in the region and provision of the informationand reports requested by the Regional Director President or theExcommittee members.
    • Establish local businessrelationships with existing and new customers and suppliers in linewith the agreed business strategy with the aim of generatingfurther profit for thecompany.

    Client RelationshipManagement

    • Liaise withclients to identify requirements and pass these requirements toappropriate broking teams to provide suitable competitive aircraftcharter solutions.
    • Visiting potential new andexisting customers and airlines with a view to generate furtherbusiness.
    • Maintain and develop relationshipswith both key clients and new business leads to maximise businessopportunities and increase client loyalty in an industry whereclient retention is neverguaranteed.

    ContractManagement

    • Review andwritten documentation of all contracts prior tosigning.
    • Custody of local contract negotiationsand signatures to mitigate legal and commercial risks to thecompany and to ensure that certain contractual values are onlysigned with appropriateauthorization.
    • Notifying and informing thelocal leadership as well as the legal department about importantnew acquisitions (including tenders or frameworkagreements).
    • To promote close cooperation withthe local leadership and department heads to promote and ensurecontinuity in all areas ofbusiness.

    InformationManagement

    • In a timelymanner as defined by the Manager record all pertinent customerprospect information and sales activity in the CRMsystem.
    • Keep up to date on latest operationalcapabilities of aircraft airports andhandlers.
    • Keep up to date on latest aircraftavailability and airport and control authorityprocedures.
    • Give feedback on lost business andensure timely completion of all reports to the linemanager.

    Marketing

    • Incoordination with and under the guidance of the Group MarketingDepartment to undertake specific marketing initiatives to ensurethe growth and professional representation of the organisationsbrand. Attend and represent the organisation at agreed trade showsconferences and industry events.
    • Ensure thatall marketing material is in line with Group Marketingprocedures.

    Group policiesand procedures (Business Intelligence Compliance Finance HR ITLegal)

    • To undertake allactivities in accordance with applicable group policies andprocedures so as to ensure that the interests of the Group andindividual corporate entities are protected at alltimes.
    • At all times to ensure that legal andcommercial risks (to the extent relevant to the post holder role)are identified and minimized through effective communication withapplicable stakeholders as well as relevant support functionaldepartments and when necessary Board ofDirectors.

    Other

    • Tocarry out any other duties within the competence of the role holderas requested (including additional working hours as and whenrequired).
    • To travel when required in line withbusiness needs.
    • Be aware of and comply with thecompany policies.
    • Keep up to date with industrychanges procedures and requirements relating to jobrole.
    • Participate in a rotating out of hoursduty rota within the commercialteam.
