    MARKETING MANAGER FULL TIME- MATCHA PADEL CLUB GROUP

    LOCATION: DUBAI/ABU DHABI.

    A marketing manager plays a crucial role in promoting and growing a Padel club's brand and attracting new members. Padel is a relatively new sport, and effective marketing can help raise awareness and drive interest.

    Your Role:

    Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the club's goals and objectives. This includes short-term and long-term plans to increase membership, boost revenue, and enhance the club's overall image.

    Branding and Identity: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity for the Padel Club. This includes creating a consistent visual identity, such as logos and color schemes, that reflects the club's values and mission.

    Online Presence: Manage the club's website and social media profiles. Regularly update these platforms with engaging content, including information about events, promotions, and news related to Padel. Ensure that the website is user-friendly and optimized for search engines (SEO).

    Content Creation: Produce high-quality content to engage current members and attract new ones. This can include blog posts, videos, newsletters, and other forms of media that showcase the club's facilities, events, and success stories.

    Event Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for special events, tournaments, and promotions.

    Membership Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract new club members. Consider offering incentives, discounts, or referral programs to encourage membership growth

    Email Marketing: Build and maintain an email list of current and potential members. Use email marketing campaigns to keep members informed about upcoming events, promotions, and news.

    Market Research: Conduct market research to understand the target audience's preferences, needs, and behavior. Use this data to refine marketing strategies and tailor messaging to the right demographics.

    Partnerships and Sponsorships: Explore partnerships with local businesses, sports organizations, and sponsors to increase the club's visibility and potentially secure additional funding or resources.

    Tracking and Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, and membership growth. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

    Your Profile:

    ❖ 5+ years of marketing experience or sales

    ❖ Bachelors or Masters Degree in Sales and Marketing or related area

    ❖ Experience in Sports facilities/Lifestyle/Luxury/Wellness

    ❖ A high level of written and oral communication skills in English (Arabic is welcome too)
