    JobDescription

    • Lead strategy and execution acrossall financial functions including accounting, finance, treasury,tax and strategic planning,
    • Drive and maintainall finance and accounting policies andprocedures,
    • Implement processes, frameworks andsystems that allow Investors to capture and utilize timely andaccurate data across the business to make betterdecisions,
    • Leadership for all financialplanning & analysis, including ownership of annualbudgeting (review and reshape whole budgeting process for theGroup),
    • Execute financing strategy for theideas and plans,
    • Cooperation with Banks(covenants, reports, all data needed),
    • Executeand develop a timely monthly close of all financial reporting forManagement Board and Investors,
    • Prepare monthlyreporting in line with Investors and Group reportingrequirements,
    • Periodic forecasting,KPI/dashboard management and operational analyticsprocesses,
    • Prepare analysis, business modelsand all needed scenarios and based on that recommend efficientdecision,
    • Cash flow management andoptimization, through cash forecasting, working capital managementand investment analysis for whole Group and across allentities,
    • Manage, organize and develop team offinance individuals,

    The SuccessfulApplicant

    • Bachelor's degree inaccounting or finance, CPA and MBApreferred.
    • Minimum 8 years of businessexperience, with at least 4 years as a senior financial leaderwithin dynamic and challenging environment with fast growth, asCFO/ FD, Head of Finance/Finance Manager, Head ofControlling/Controlling Manager,
    • Proven trackrecord in financial modelling and building controlling, reportingand accounting functions,
    • Experience inrenewable energy or real estate or Private Equity willneeded,
    • Very good knowledge of IFRS and localGAAP,
    • Strong problem solving and creativeskills and the ability to exercise soundjudgment,
    • Commitment and responsibility forresult,
    • Shows ethics, enthusiasm, integrity andvalues, shares best practices and is great teamplayer,
    • Able to work in matrix structures,cooperation with investors,
    • Reputation forworking exceptional well at all levels oforganization,
    • Excellentcommunication/presentation skills,
    • Stressresistant and constant maintenance of necessaryefficiency,
