    Description

    PositionResponsibilities:

    • Developing and owning the productvision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives andstrategies.
    • Conducting market research andcompetitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, andopportunities for product innovation anddifferentiation.
    • Defining product requirements,features, and priorities based on market insights, customerfeedback, and business goals. Collaborating with cross-functionalteams to define product specifications andtimelines.
    • Creating and managing the productroadmap, including prioritizing features, setting releasetimelines, and balancing short-term deliverables with long-termstrategic goals.
    • Working closely withdevelopment teams to oversee the development and delivery ofproduct features and releases. Acting as a liaison betweenstakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and timelydelivery of product milestones.
    • Collaboratingwith UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly productexperiences. Gathering user feedback and conducting usabilitytesting to iterate on product design andfunctionality.
    • Monitoring product performanceand key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement,retention, and revenue growth. Analyzing data and metrics toidentify areas for improvement andoptimization.
    • Gathering and analyzing customerfeedback to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences.Collaborating with customer support teams to address customerissues and prioritize productimprovements.
    • Communicating product updates,milestones, and decisions to internal stakeholders, includingexecutives, team members, and cross-functional teams. Presentingproduct plans and progress updates in meetings andpresentations.
    • Serving as the internal andexternal champion for the product, advocating for its valueproposition and benefits. Building relationships with customers,partners, and industry influencers to promote the product andgather feedback.
    • Identifying and evaluatingpotential strategic partnerships and integrations that can enhancethe product's value proposition and expand its marketreach.
    • Manage product owners and guide multiplescrum teams to drive the delivery and capability of S&Mdigital products.

    This position ishybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required toperform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.This is at the hiring team's discretion and couldpotentially change in thefuture.

    BasicQualifications (RequiredSkills/Experience):

    • 3+ years of experience in projectmanagement/program management, including creating and managingtimelines, budgets, and resources.
    • 3+ years ofrelevant experience in product management or a relatedfield.
    • 3+ years of experience with AgileMethodologies or Scaled Agile Framework.
    • 3+years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informalrole.
    • Bachelor's degree orhigher.

    PreferredQualifications (DesiredSkills/Experience):

    • 3+ years of experience working withCustomer Relationship Management (CRM) tools andprocesses.
    • Proficiency in analyzing data,interpreting market research, and using insights to inform productstrategy and decision-making.
    • Experience withSales and Marketing.
    • Hold valid Scaled Agileand Salesforce certifications.

    Typical Education/Experience:

    Education/experiencetypically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) andtypically 10 or more years' related work experience or anequivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8years' related work experience, 14 years' relatedwork experience, etc.)
