    Description


    As a Sales manager, you will be responsiblefor proactively soliciting and handling any sales opportunities,acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing customers withinthe assigned regions.

    The position is responsible for exploring newways to generate and maximize revenues for the destination (whetherpackage sales or theme park ticket sales).

    The individual shouldhave the dedication to create and apply effective leisure salesstrategies to exceed assigned sales KPI's. The roleincludes representing Miral Destinations in all liaisons with theassigned rest of world markets. The goal is to drive sustainablefinancial growth through boosting sales and forgingstrong.

    Formulate and implement sales strategy for theAmericas, SE Asia & Australia to ensure revenue growthDevelop excellent customer relationships through meetings, staffengagement and proactive account management Develop detailedunderstanding of international markets assigned to you andpriortise your market plans according to the size of opportunity incollaboration with the Head of Sales Identify new business partnersfor the company Conduct product training & educationalwebinars Host DMC engagement events to keep Yas Island front ofmind and ensure we have the best possible relationships with ourcustomers Drive lead conversion and initiate new revenue streams.

    Engage in domestic and international sales missions and tradeshowsto raise awareness and consideration. Work in liaison with YasConcierge team in confirming opportunities. Communicate all salescampaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment.
    Effectively use the CRM system for daily reporting, tracking leadsand other functions as requested. Develop and manage portfolio ofactive and prospect accounts in coordination with internationalteams.

    Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricingdiscrepancies by researching promotion details and regular andspecial prices, forwarding resolution to the Head of Sales.

    Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifyingcustomer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwardinginformation, and answering questions. Maintains customer databaseby inputting customer profile and updates in CRM. Performs salesactivities on major accounts and negotiates sales price anddiscounts in consultation with the Head of Sales.

    Work closely withlocal and overseas partners to promote & drive volume viaYas Express transportation services Work in liaison with eventsdepartment in confirming MICE opportunities.

    Build and executedomestic and international joint marketing campaigns with B2BMarketing's support.
