    About the role

    The Internal Communications Specialist will be responsible for CSR, Internal Events and Internal Communications. The role includes driving positive and convivial experiences for all internal and external guests; this includes but is not limited to planning events, personalizing agendas, and coming up with creative experiences that company stakeholders will never forget. On a day to day basis, the Internal Communications Specialist is the liaison between employees, guests, partners, hotels, venues and other relevant vendors; continuously developing these partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics

    • Manage all day-to-day internal and external experiences, events, conferences, and extraordinary business meetings
    • Manage agendas for all visits within Pernod Ricard as well as with partners, distributors, and other key guests
    • Lead CSR Projects to support the strategic sustainability pillars and targets for PRG
    • Develop strategic relationships; including networking and agreements with hotels, venues, event agencies, and other suppliers/vendors.
    • Support with ad-hoc projects that build employee experiences and contribute to a culture of conviviality
    • Build and implement an events strategy framework/events Calendar
    • Continuously evaluate experiences with the goal of keeping them fresh and aligned with the company values.

    Knowledge & Skill Requirements

    • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent.
    • Previous experience working in hospitality, marketing, events or related areas
    • Energetic, entrepreneurial, confident, and proactive individual – able to identify new opportunities, to persuade others, and to get things done.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented and having strong analytical skills, with ability to adapt to change
    • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good presentation, and project planning.
    • Good English skills (written/spoken) are mandatory.
    • Good command of MS Office (Excellent excel and PowerPoint.
