The North America Shared ServiceAccounts Payable Technician is responsible for completing the dailyactivities of the AP Team, which consists of researching invoicesthat cannot be automatically processed through AP workflow,assisting our business partners with invoice and payment status,statement reconciliation and correcting coding &/routingAdditional responsibilities will include vendor inquiry, SupplyChain and Transportation resolution, and maximizing relationshipswith our suppliers by meeting vendor requirements and expectationsfrom the receipt of invoice to settlement of
What will you do?
Quickly respond andresolve internal customer and external supplier inquiries via phoneand/or email within the Accounts Payable service level
Reconcile vendor statements against Mosaic open liabilities forhigh volume
Monitor, analyze and coordinate barge,sulfur, and/or transportation-supply chain
Administerrates corrections for approval and
Validate accuratepayments processing across multiple currencies, resolveshort-payments due to variances and dispute invoices that areincorrectly
Assist in rail car payment facilitationprocess which includes requesting purchase orders and approvinginvoices for
Identify issues the vendor isexperiencing, determine the cause, and communicate and coordinatewith business to ensure necessary action is taken to resolve
Responsible for all documentation and determining whenan inquiry is considered
Use third-party vendorwebsites to determine rail road classification and locations toresolve billing
Respond to financial audit requestssent in by our suppliers that confirm the open invoices on
Track and report on invoice issues
Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of standard documents,records and
Research and process vendor invoices for POand/or Non-PO suppliers that cannot automatically flow through thesystem, which will include routing invoices for approval throughour workflow system, updating and recording vendor notes,partnering with the business and vendors on problem invoices andworking through any rejection

Requirements
Whatdo you need for this role?High SchoolDiploma/GED and 2+ years of accounts payable experience experiencerequired Associate or Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance, business, oreconomicspreferred
Accounts Payable / Customer Service / Transportation experiencepreferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook),with emphasis on complex Excelspreadsheets
SAP experience is required
Experience with Maximo, Kofax or Tradeshift, or Aribapreferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
