    What youll do
    • Develop technical and functional expertise across therange of Oracle Retail Merchandising Suite for prescriptive and/orcustomized software implementations
    • Develop and test artifacts in the implementation arenaof data conversion, integration, and product customization
    • Apply relevant Oracle methodologies and best practicesin order to implement Oracle Retail products and technology to meetcustomer specifications
    • Follow standard practices and procedures to analyzesituations and data and deliver technical solutions on applicationsand technologyinstallations
    • Structure and perform analysis, andconduct primary research, to uncover the insights that support ourrecommendations to clients
    • Continuously develop depth and breadth of Retail domainknowledge
    • Develop presentation and clientrelationship skills
    • Be available both at team/ client meetings, anddetermine the most practical way to drive lasting results based oninsights
    • Contribute to your practice area throughidentification and creation of implementation focuseddeliverables
    • Leverage and enhance existing businessprocesses to implement Retail Solutions
    • Facilitate the logging, reporting, and resolution ofproduct-related issues
    • Complete required weekly administrative tasks includingindividual status reports and time and expenseentry in the required applications


    Requirements

    What youllbring
    • Bachelor degree or equivalentexperience
    • 8+ years of development experience inIT
    • Functional Skill in any one of the Oracle Retailapplications RMS, RPM, Allocations, ReIM, ReSA, WMS, RIB, RTM, OMS,RA, SIOCS
    • Technical Skill SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, Java, ShellScripting, Pro*C, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, Oracle DataIntegrator, ADF, R Code, ETL Tool, ODI, Oracle Reports, Python,Conversion, Oracle Service Bus(OSB)
    • Aproactive nature and high attention to detail and ability to workas a team-player
    • Solid technical skills in Oracle Forms and PL/SQL andUnix Shell Scripting
    • Client facing skills, hence consulting experience is amust
    • Willingness to travel or to work temporarily ondifferent time zones
    • Should possess implementation experience preferably fora retailer
    • Self-motivated, tenacious with an entrepreneurialapproach
    • Passion for learning and a desire to develop technicaland consultative skills
    • Effective written and verbal communicationsto work collaboratively with project and practice teams and clientstakeholders
    • Strong interpersonal/networkingskills
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solvingskills
    • Apolished and professional image
