    About OurClient

    The client is a globalbusiness based in Dubai offices this role will offer a progressiveopportunity for a regional HR Manager to cover the MENA Region andhave a wide scope potential.

    JobDescription

    The Key responsibilitieswill include:

    • Local implementationof HR policies and procedures that are developed on a global orregional level.
    • Owns action planscoming out of Strategic Talent Forecasting activities the executionof the tools and templates in the Talent Forecasting planningprocess for their area or country ofresponsibility
    • Development and implementationof Country specific policies associated with locallaws.
    • Provides advice on implementation of HRpractices handles employee issues talent development and engagementin Country or region
    • Provides advice onimplementation of HR practices handles employee issues talentdevelopment and engagement in Country orregion.
    • Communications for theirCountry or Site. Owns the strategic side of engagement for theirareaand the impact communications has onengagement
    • Works with therespective business leader/s to assess open positions and plan theworkforce. Executes all recruitment activities in the zone ofresponsibility.
    • Implementation of local paypractices that are aligned with corporate requirements but alsocompliant with local law and legislation.
    • First point of contact for the manager on employeeissues. The coach to the managers on how to handle the employeeissue. Can also assist the manager on any legalissues/complications.
    • Work with themanager to develop a Performance Improvement plan deliver the planand work with the manager to follow up on the plan.

      Oversees any restructuring activity within the area ofresponsibility. This includes all planning support financial anddisparate impact analysis (if required) and developingcommunications plans and severance and retention documents asneeded to support the people and site impact of therestructuring.
    • Responsible for the wholeemployee life cycle in the company
    • Ensures theHR annual plan is executed properly with 100% completion rateswhere applicable. The plan will include the Performance Feedbackreviews annual compensation/merit process goal settings processpromotions etc
    • Utilises HR technology andensures all data in all systems is managed andaccurate
    • Designs the regular reports to recordthe HR metric in the region (headcount data leavers/comers turnoveretc) as well as the adhoc reports by the request of the linemanageror the General manager/s.
    • Actively participatesin initiatives to foster diversity and inclusion such as DS Womenin business.

    The SuccessfulApplicant

    The Successful candidatewill have/be:

    A minimum of 10 years experiencein a HR Position

    Experience covering the MENARegion in terms of HR Scope any other beneficial regional/ multicountry experience

    Talent management

    Experience in diversity management

    Building a strong organisational culture in aninternational team

    Negotiation skills andexperience in conflict resolution

    Buildingtalent development programs

    Experience incooperation with commercial organisation and inrecruitment

    Organisation design andrestructuring experience

    PerformanceManagement and team effectiveness

    Coachingskills

    Change Management leading changes aswell as coaching client groups to better managechange
