    Requirements

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Overseeing Construction Projects:
    • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to meet project specifications.
    1. Project Planning and Review:
    • Review project plans and blueprints for potential issues and improvements.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
    1. Documentation and Coordination:
    • Manage project documentation including drawings contracts and change orders.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
    1. Budgeting and Cost Estimation:
    • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
    1. Technical Support:
    • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams resolving technical issues during construction.
    1. Industry Knowledge and Communication:
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and new technologies.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients contractors and regulatory authorities.

    • Proficiency in relevant technical software and tools.
    • Fluency in English both written and verbal.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor\'s degree in business or related field is a plus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisual equipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems. Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
