    Description

    We are looking for a BusinessDevelopment Manager (BDM). The BDM will need have a thoroughunderstanding of Brash as well as Hooper our creative technologyarm.

    This is a very exciting role for a hungryand passionate business development person who has the ability toprofessionally represent the agency and further escalate theagencys international rapidgrowth.

    Responsibilities

    • Workwith the GBDD to help define develop and deliver a new businessstrategy
    • Proactively establish new clientrelationships
    • Follow up on new business leadsand identify and prioritise organic growth opportunities by workingcollaboratively with and engaging internalteams
    • Ensure that the defined new businessprocesses are adhered to
    • Contribute to agencycreds presentation and any other relevant marketingmaterials
    • Work with and coordinate with thecrossagency team to develop clientproposals
    • Lead new business/pitchpresentations
    • Project manage pitches RFQs andRFPs in conjunction with internal teams
    • Managethe CRM system diligently ensuring all business activity iscorrectly logged and updated
    • Lead internal newbusiness meetings and agencyupdates

    RequiredSkills

    • Capable of bringing gravitasand leadership to the table
    • Knowledge andability to sell integrated solutions toclients
    • Able to manage the commercial elementsof the relationship
    • Previous experience in anew business or marketing role
    • Be able to giveevidence of consistently achieving/exceedingtargets
    • Have experience of managing bidstenders and pitches
    • Have actively generated andfollowed up on leads converting them to future revenue generatingopportunities
    • Have excellent and demonstrablelongterm client relationship skills
    • Excellentclientfacing and presentations skills
    • Ambitiousdynamic energetic demonstrating relentlessness and the ability todeliver theremarkable
