    Withstunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansionplanned Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunityfor an experienced Assistant Maintenance Managerto join the Engineering team at One&Only RoyalMirage Hotel in Dubai.

    With the global growth of our brands you will be anintegral part of Resorts success and your role goes beyonddeveloping potential relationships with our guests and colleagues.Where you will add significant value identifying ways to furtherstrengthen and to continuously support in providing outstandingservice to our business; ensuring quality and consistency in allthat we do.

    Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to theDirector of Engineering and should have a minimum of 23 yearsexperience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five starhotels who will have a reputation of being a trusted and acollaborative partner of the business. He/She must be presentablehighly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for qualityservice and must be willing to work flexible hours. Should be ableto manage maintenance operations of entire Resort facilityincluding guest rooms building structure all mechanical electricalH.V.A.C. systems power plant sewage treatment plant and energyconservation standards and programs. Ensure the upkeep of guest andservice areas to maintain them in proper working order andappearance. Coordinate all renovation expansion and specialprojects.

    Excellent spoken and written communication skills inEnglish.
