    Description

    JobContent:

    1- Investment tradeoperation (operations controls l zero discrepancy):

    • Manage and execute trades forhigh-net-worth individuals and institutionalclients.
    • Coordinate with RMs/clients for theaccurate deal details and input therequirements.
    • Ensure compliance with requiredtrade documents (process / regulations)
    • Come upwith recommendations to enhance systems system andprocess.
    • Develop and implement tradingstrategies.
    • Analyze market data and identifytrading opportunities.
    • Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of equity fixed income markets and mutualfunds.

    2- Risk Control(Portfolio metrics, risk management process metrics, qualitativemeasures):

    • Conduct riskassessments.
    • ensure compliance with allregulations.
    • Handle audit /compliance queriesrelated to trade operations.
    • Developing riskmanagement P&P
    • Reporting risk metricsand communicating risk information to relevantstakeholder.
    • Investigating and resolving riskincidents

    3- Leadership(Team management, strategic):

    • Provide training and mentorship tojunior traders.
    • Manage a team oftraders.

    4- Managestakeholder's (Collaboration and teamwork):

    • Work closely with wealth managers,analysts, and others team members to achieve clientgoals.
    • Participate in team meetings anddiscussion.
    • Work closely with risk managementteam, compliance officers, analysts, wealth managers, service, andoperation team.

    5- Self-Development (Knowledge and skill development):

    • To contentiously strive forself-development and improvement by identifying training/coachingneeds and communicating them in timely manner to supervisor asappropriate.

    CandidateQualifications:

    Education:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, ora related field.

    Experiences:Minimum 5 years banking experience within a similarposition/role. Proven track record of success in managing andexecuting trades.
