    Description

    -System Support andMaintenance:

    Provide first-line support forOracle Fusion Property Management systemissues.

    Monitor system performance, conductregular health checks, and perform routine maintenanceactivities.

    -IssueResolution:

    Troubleshoot and resolve technicaland functional issues in the Oracle Fusion Property Managementsystem.

    Work closely with end-users and IT staffto diagnose problems and implementsolutions.

    -System Enhancements andUpgrades:

    Assist in the implementation of systemupgrades and patches.

    Test new features andfunctionalities to ensure compatibility with existingworkflows.

    -User Training andAssistance

    Train new users and provide refreshercourses for existing users on Oracle Fusion Property Managementfunctionalities.

    Develop user guides anddocumentation for system processes.

    -Reportingand Analytics:

    Assist users in generating andinterpreting reports from the system.

    Provideinsights and recommendations based on dataanalysis.

    -StakeholderCommunication:

    Act as a liaison between theproperty management teams, IT department, and Oracle supportservices.

    Communicate effectively withstakeholders regarding system updates, downtimes, andenhancements.

    -Policy and ComplianceAdherence:

    Ensure that the use of Oracle FusionProperty Management adheres to internal policies and industryregulations.

    Maintain data privacy and securitystandards.
