    Description

    What you will do:

    • Assist and coordinate merchandising and promotional activities for successful execution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of new store assortments and quantities.
    • Create performance reports to optimize allocation strategies for optimal outcomes.
    • Conduct in-store stock analysis by size for key classifications such as Exclusive and other brands.
    • Handle supplier inquiries and ensure timely proposal submissions.
    • Support price checks and sample collection from suppliers.
    • Address out-of-stock concerns to Buying and Planning teams.
    • Effectively communicate with Operation and Trading Support teams for promotions and trading activities.
    • Manage and verify Purchase Orders created in SAP.

    Performance and Financial Goals Achievement

    • Ensure accurate implementation of new store assortments, initial distributions, and replenishments for existing locations.
    • Maintain correct stock levels per store.
    • Achieve or exceed sales, gross margin, and inventory turn objectives.
    • Analyze and communicate location performance metrics, including sales/inventory comparisons, seasonality, and marketing impacts.
    • Develop departmental distribution strategies to capitalize on location-based opportunities by analyzing volume and profit potential.
    • Track product journey from Distribution Centre to store level, especially during floor set periods.
    • Generate and assess a range analysis report at the end of each phase/season to celebrate successes and learn from any errors.

    Field Communication

    • Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings to discuss current business issues.
    • Enhance understanding of regional differences, store attributes, and trends through data analysis and field communication.
    • Build effective field relationships to identify location-related opportunities and challenges.
