    Description

    Follow-up and Recovery

    • Receives the list and files of thecustomer assigned from the Senior Collection Manager. Studies thesefiles and plan his work program and priorities. Verifies additionalinformation from Senior Collection Manager or Sales Managerregarding the customer. Classifies the customers to determine thegiven credit facility of each customer and discusses collection anddebt plan with the Senior CollectionManager.
    • Calls and arranges formal visits toindividual customers to discuss the unpaid dues in their accountsand expresses. Explains company's policy with regards tothe subject and the consequences if the debt is not settled ontime.
    • Follow up with assigned customers tosettle debts on time and ensure the signed agreement betweenbusiness units and assigned customers are in line withcompany's creditpolicy.

    JobResponsibilities

    • Monitorscustomer's adherence to the agreed payment terms anddevises immediate regularization option should there be anydefault. Informs the customer prior to such defaults and remindsthem terms and conditions he agreed and signed. Asks the customerimmediate correction of his payment status otherwise coordinatewith the senior to take furtheractions.
    • Provide the customer with missingdocuments such as (invoices, PDN, Credit note) to compete thepayment process on time.
    • Monitor the paymentswith customers who exceed the credit period time & have anew agreement with corporate sales & report it to senior incase of not paying.

    CollectionManagement

    • Receives company's bankstatements on daily basis and unidentified all the payment withdetails and send it to cash office. Ensure all submittedallocations to cash office are correctly remitted to customeraccounts and inform the senior in case of long overdue debtscollected.
    • Identify cash payments fromcorporate customer and send it to cash office to create receipt andallocated in same day.
    • Applies receipts toproper customer on daily basisinvoice.
    • Receives cheque from customers, givesthe customer a temporary receipt of cheque collection and submittedto cash office with customerdetails.
