    Jobdescription

    General mission

    Provide daily supportto two Area Managers for local markets including mainresponsibilities such as monitoring Business Plans by market(monthly sales reports for Sell In Wholesale & Sell Out bydoor and by retailer) managing orders & invoicingoverseeing sales forecasts including new product launches andhandling sanitary registrations.

    Zones covered:MEIA (Middle East India andAfrica)

    Main missions

    • Planning& Forecasting

    Extract andensure monthly sales forecasts are ordered bycustomers

    Adjust and communicate to the DemandPlanning team the consumption of remainingforecasts

    Plan POSM elements according tobusiness needs and creation plans with the support of Marketing andTrainingdepartments

    • Orders

    Prepareand communicate to distributors their orders according toforecasts

    Monitor receipt of monthly ordersensuring that they are in line with their forecasts and received ontime. Close communication with Area Managers of any discrepanciesor observations

    Coordinate with Customer Serviceand Area Managers on order status

    Open newcustomer and supplier accounts when necessary

    Implement changes in price structures and incoterms with AreaManagers

    • Registration

    Coordinatewith Brand Managers and Head Office team to anticipate and finalizenew product registrations on time

    Maintainuptodate database of registrationprocedures

    • BusinessPlans

    Monthly update of BusinessPlans with Sell In/Purchase data and communication tomarkets

    Ensure monthly receipt of Business Plansby market with updated data (Wholesale and Sell Out by line doorand retailer)

    Verify that monthly Business Plansby market are always complete and correct (formulas and analysis)and ensure data quality

    Monthly analysis of thereceived data and communication of the key information to AreaManagers

    • Othertasks

    Update invoicing and marketperformance monitoring tools

    Collaborate withthe finance department on the quality of data reported toheadquarters

    Profile

    Higher educationbackground

    • You are handson with anumber driven approach and a strong interest in businessdevelopment
    • You are autonomous and recognizedfor your organization skills
    • You have stronganalytical and critical thinking mindset and know how tocommunicate effectively
    • You have a perfectknowledge of Excel (advanced level) andPowerPoint
    • You are familiar with the world ofselective distribution and are detailoriented
    • Fluent in English (French is aplus)

    Since it was founded in 1977 the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil(Eure) has been developing formulas and packaging producing HermsFragrance and Beauty perfumes and associated scented products andmanaging all the logistics and supply chain steps through todelivery at our clients. Approximately 260 employees currently workat the site.
