    Responsibilities:

    • Reportingto the Chief Operating Officer about company processes andprocedures.
    • Developing company policies andensuring compliance.
    • Improving businessfunctionality to align with core businessobjectives.
    • Planning and managing projects andcontributing to product innovation.
    • Trackingoperational costs toward maintainingprofit-margins.
    • Promoting efficiency byimplementing improved operationalprocedures.
    • Analyzing and maintainingoperational data, and monitoring productinventories.
    • Monitoring adherence to policiesand processes throughout thecompany.
    • Overseeing human resources developmentpolicies, training, and performancereviews.
    • Ensuring positive client, supplier,and vendor relationships.

    OperationsOfficer Requirements:

    • Abachelor's degree in operations management, projectmanagement, strategic management, business management, orsimilar.
    • A master's degree in a relatedfield preferred.
    • Extensive experience in anoperations management position, orsimilar.
    • In-depth knowledge of projectmanagement and strategic planning.
    • Exceptionalleadership and communication skills.
    • Ability topromote efficiency toward achieving business objectives andprofitability.
    • Advanced knowledge of bestbusiness practices.
    • Experience with budgets andfinancial reports, and monitoringexpenses.
    • Developing human resources policies,and monitoring compliance andperformance.
    • Proficiency in business operationsmanagement software, such as ProjectManager andSYSPRO.
