    comAbout Your Role And ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support:

    Assist employees by responding to and resolving hardware, software, network connectivity, email, and other IT related issues, in person or remotely across various geographies.

    Document all interactions and resolutions with a system. Develop and maintain FAQs, documentation, and handbooks to empower our team members with self-service resources.

    Facilitate offboarding process and systems handover, along with proper disposal of company dataDeliver IT support to approximately 90 team members, diagnosing and resolving issues independently, whether in-office or via remote communication tools.

    Escalate to and work with the relevant technology vendors to address users issues when needed.


    Hardware & Software:
    Administer and ensure proper configuration and functionality of core workplace tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Miro, and others.
    Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure components such as computers, smartphones, WiFi, Google Meet hardware, printers, and other office technology.

    Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software licenses, keeping track of access permissions to individual tools, and monitor and manage end of life dates for the hardware and software with proactive planning to address these.

    Set up a plan for preventative maintenance for the relevant office equipment following best practices and vendors' advisories and recommendations.

    Maintain and update operating systems and software applicationsSecurity Management:

    Install and set up endpoint security solutionsProactively monitor endpoint security and workplace security activities and health and identify potential threats and protect company's dataManage and monitor end points' to ensure full protection of company's data, systems and devices.

    Apply security patches and updates promptly.

    Stay on top of security advisories for the relevant workplace systemsInvestigate and respond to security incidentsRaise awareness among users on security best practicesManage user accounts, end points, and access permissions across various platforms, while monitoring and enforcing IT security measures.


    Other Duties:
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and improve our IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    Stay on top of the latest trends in workplace place management.

    Engage in exciting IT projects that employ modern technologies, bringing in new ideas for automation and scalability to support our growing team.

    Assist in other IT projects and initiatives as needed.

    About YouBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldA minimum of 4+ years of experience with a profound knowledge of managing IT infrastructure, including but not limited to hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based storage solutions.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience with Apple operating systems (macOS, iOS) and Android. Additional experience with Linux distributions is considered a plus.
    In-depth experience in managing Google Workspace (formerly GSuite). Candidates with a strong background in this area will be given preference.

    Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) like Jampf or Kandji solutions is highly desirable and will enhance the candidate's application.

    High reliability and independence, coupled with excellent organizational skills and the ability to operate autonomously.
    Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset that contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
    A self-motivated team player with a quick learning ability, adept in mastering new technologies and tasks with minimal guidance.
    Willingness to occasionally travel to other office locations as required by the needs of the company.

    A keen awareness of security considerations, both from a hardware (networking/endpoint management) perspective and in relation to access management for various SaaS tools.

    An intrinsic commitment to high-quality standards with a motivation to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
    Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within our diverse team.
    Must be available for full-time work in Dubai; freelance or part-time arrangements are not available for this position.
    Experience or knowledge for IT Security and cybersecurity will be considered an advantage.
    Nice to HaveKnowledge of Bash or other programming languages to support and automate tasks is highly beneficial.
