Dan ben je bij Dolmans Landscaping Services België aan het juiste adres Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een teamleader groenonderhoud- en aanleg die graag aan de slag wil gaan met enkele topprojecten in en rond Hasselt

    Zo ziet de functie eruit:

    Als teamleader zorg je ervoor dat de aanleg het onderhoud van groen steeds vlot verloopt. Je werkt samen, begeleidt en zet teams van gemiddeld drie à vier medewerkers in gang. Daarnaast denk je steeds enthousiast mee, zie je commerciële kansen en signaleer je dit aan de projectleider. Jouw kennis en expertise deel je met plezier met de arbeiders waardoor de klus zonder problemen wordt geklaard. Als specialist in je vak geef je het goede voorbeeld. Je draagt taken over aan je team, staat je team bij indien nodig en volgt je team en de voortgang van de werken dagelijks op. Je bent één keer per week aanwezig bij het teamleaderoverleg.

    Waarom dit jouw nieuwe baan wordt?
    • Je krijgt een zelfstandige job waarbij je kunt leiden én activeren.
    • Je bent beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week (waarvan 2 uur t.b.v. een adv-dag).
    • Per uur krijg je een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris van minimaal € 17,04 volgens PC afhankelijk van je ervaring).
    • Aangevuld met vakantiegeld van de verlofkas (15,38%).
    • Je kunt genieten van 30 vrije dagen (verdeeld over 20 verlof- en 10 feestdagen).
    • Je ontvangt ecocheques t.w.v. € 250, -.
    • Ook ontvang je een vergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer.
    • Kom je met de fiets? Dan krijg je € 0,23 per afgelegde kilometer.
    • Jouw ontwikkeling vinden we belangrijk. Daarom zijn er voldoende doorgroeimogelijkheden, bv. door het volgen van trainingen en opleidingen.
    Wat neem je mee?
    • Een afgerond middelbaar onderwijs, bij voorkeur een groenopleiding.
    • Minimaal twee jaar leidinggevende ervaring en kennis van groen.
    • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en BE of je bent bereid om dit op korte termijn te behalen.
    • Ook heb je een VCA-diploma VOL of je bent bereid dit binnen drie maanden te behalen.
    • Je hebt communicatieve vaardigheden richting arbeiders, klanten en regiomanagers.
    • Je gaat organisatorisch te werk en past je gemakkelijk aan aan veranderende omstandigheden.
