- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries
- Identify customer requirements and assist with utilizing specific features
- Investigate and report product malfunctions by testing various scenarios
- Update internal databases with technical issue details and customer interactions
- Monitor customer complaints and offer necessary support
- Share client feedback and effective solutions with the team
- Inform customers about new features and enhancements
- Ensure resolution of technical issues by following up with customers
- Collect and relay customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Prior experience as a Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role
- Proficiency in operating systems, web services, and APIs
- Demonstrated support experience in SaaS and cloud applications
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex software issues
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindset
- Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction
- Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
