We are in search of a well-organized, analytical, and empathetic Support Specialist with strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills to help clients resolve technical issues efficiently.

    Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries
    • Identify customer requirements and assist with utilizing specific features
    • Investigate and report product malfunctions by testing various scenarios
    • Update internal databases with technical issue details and customer interactions
    • Monitor customer complaints and offer necessary support
    • Share client feedback and effective solutions with the team
    • Inform customers about new features and enhancements
    • Ensure resolution of technical issues by following up with customers
    • Collect and relay customer feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent field
    • Prior experience as a Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role
    • Proficiency in operating systems, web services, and APIs
    • Demonstrated support experience in SaaS and cloud applications
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex software issues
    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
    • Detail-oriented, analytical, and innovative mindset
    • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction
    • Proficient in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work with cutting-edge technology and quickly grasp new information
    • Availability to provide technical support during various global time zones
