    Zo ziet de functieeruit:

    Alsteamleader zorg je ervoor dat de aanleg het onderhoud van groensteeds vlot verloopt. Je werkt samen, begeleidt en zet teams vangemiddeld drie à vier medewerkers in gang. Daarnaastdenk je steeds enthousiast mee, zie je commerciële kansenen signaleer je dit aan de projectleider. Jouw kennis en expertisedeel je met plezier met de arbeiders waardoor de klus zonderproblemen wordt geklaard. Als specialist in je vak geef je hetgoede voorbeeld. Je draagt taken over aan je team, staat je teambij indien nodig en volgt je team en de voortgang van de werkendagelijks op. Je bent één keer per weekaanwezig bij het teamleaderoverleg.

    • Eenafgerond middelbaar onderwijs, bij voorkeur eengroenopleiding.
    • Minimaaltwee jaar leidinggevende ervaring en kennis vangroen.
    • Jebent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en BE of je bent bereid omdit op korte termijn tebehalen.
    • Ookheb je een VCA-diplomaVOLof je bent bereid dit binnen drie maanden tebehalen.
    • Jehebt communicatieve vaardigheden richting arbeiders, klanten enregiomanagers.
    • Jegaat organisatorisch te werk en past je gemakkelijk aan aanveranderendeomstandigheden.
