    Overview of the role

    The Solutions Consultant works withthe Sales Team on developing identified business opportunities& to strategize solution CX offering for different customersegments. The Solutions Consultant works in a consultative role tounderstand customer needs (functional & technical) and mapsthem to Genesys software services and consulting offerings. Youwill work with all levels of customer organizations tailoring themessaging to meet the needs of various business and technicalstakeholders including Clevel decisionmakers. This role isimperative to the success of sales opportunities.

    What you will do

    Solutioning and PreSales

    • Technical and architectural leadership inproposing creating and improving solution design.
    • Provide product knowledgTee to support and salesteam.
    • Prepare technical proposal as percustomer RFP RFI
    • Understand Solution pricingand BID Tender needs and catering the proposal to meetrequirements
    • Lead Reports RequirementsGathering Customizations Development and Implementation workshopwith customer.
    • Continuously upgrade the skillsby selflearning and on job training.
    • Assistingin the collection and documentation of users requirementsdevelopment of user stories and estimates.
    • Document scope of work document usecase call flow UMLdiagrams etc.
    • Work with different technologiesand platforms as per the project requirement
    • Work with project management team to provide inputs forProject Management Plan

    Customer Demos

    • Effective communication conducting customer meetingsagent / supervisor trainings presales demos etc.
    • In depth knowledge and handson in preparing customerspecific demos.
    • Deep dive into technicaldetails understand customer business and technical requirements andpropose solution that is well aligned

    Operational Walkthroughs / Discoveries:leading discovery sessions to walk through anorganizations current methods of operation and providerecommendations on improvement opportunities. This may includesessions inside the customer interaction department to observe thecustomer experience as well as sessions with team leadersoperational staff and management.

    Thetypical output from the above will be:

    • Walk our clients through Genesys solutions viademos workshops and presentations to outline how our applicationsdeliver customer experience transformation and outline benefits forspecific users such as agents supervisors andadministrators.
    • Create or providedocumentation such as Discovery Architecture & SolutionDesign Proposals to ensure a smooth transition to professionalservices.
    • Example customer journeys before andafter.
    • Present ideas recommendations on howthe customer should embark on improving customerJourneys.
    • Highlevel business benefit model andballpark costs for delivery of identified solutions.
    • Customer Vision Sessions: Sessions to work throughexisting Customer Journeys and to define where Genesys solutionscan be implemented or enhanced in order to deliver an improvedcustomer experience.

    What qualifies you for therole

    Education:

    • Graduate engineer in IT /Computer science
    • GenesysCertification/Trainings (Cloud or Engage)
    • upto 5 years of relevant professional experience including thefollowing:
    • Technical domain knowledge& expertise in enterprise call Contact Centre technologiesConversational Artificial Intelligence Bot survey qualitymanagement recording workforce management IVRPCIcompliance.
    • Experience working in some ofthe following areas VOIP SIP Messaging Carrier Infrastructurenetworking and security.
    • Familiarity withcloud platforms (Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure) and cloudapplication architecture (Microservices Kubernetes &Docker).
    • Proven experience in defining thereturn on investment in any given proposal.
