    Receptionist - Russian Speaker - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Caliberly

    Description
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcoming Visitors:
      • Greet visitors in person or over the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
      • Address inquiries and provide information as needed.
    • Telephone Management:
      • Receive and transfer telephone calls, connecting callers to the appropriate staff members.
      • Announce callers and take brief messages, forwarding them via email or voicemail.
    • Document Handling:
      • Manage the filing of documents, ensuring organization and confidentiality.
      • Assist in the distribution and tracking of confidential documents as required.
    • Meeting Room Management:
      • Arrange and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-prepared and clean.
      • Coordinate and schedule meeting room bookings.
    • High-Profile Individual Assistance:
      • Provide special attention and assistance to high-profile individuals visiting the office.
      • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with important stakeholders.
    • Office Facilities and Presentation:
      • Ensure the overall presentation and cleanliness of the office space.
      • Manage stationery and pantry supplies, replenishing as necessary.
    • Courier and Mail Management:
      • Organize and manage couriers for the office, both incoming and outgoing.
      • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
