    Account Support Executive - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Allianz Partners

    Description
    • Prepare and issue renewaldocumentation for assigned accounts within agreed timeframes andhigh level of quality
    • Ensure regular andpro-active Intermediary/Partnership engagement and support byphone/email throughout the renewal process to ensure a high renewalretention rate as determined byManagement.
    • Communicate and document allagreements and requirements for therenewal.
    • Prepare RM renewal documentation whenrequired for all departmental product lines.
    • Aspart of the renewal process actively inform brokers/clients inrespect of any targeted companyinitiatives.
    • Maintenance of client files inaccordance with department procedures.
    • Keepup-to-date with procedural developments within the KAM departmentand ensure that all work is done in accordance with these includingAllianz Care Sales Guidelines and the new regulations introduced incertain markets.
    • Follow-up on renewals issuedand on missing information in order to incept therenewal.
    • Obtain fully signed off documentationin relation to the regulations of each renewal per assignedcountry.
    • Provide reports on daily/weeklyactivity in line with departmentprocedures
    • Responsibility for Health, Safetyand Welfare within team (please refer to the Company'sSafety Statement for full list ofresponsibilities).
    • Easy, quick and high qualityinteractions with all touch points and escalation resolution in aswift and client centric manner whererequired.
    • With support identify and implementefficient solutions to client's requirements andchallenges
    • Ensure escalations are referred toManager to ensure a swift and client centricresolution
    • Seek, document and share feedbackfrom client/intermediary/partners on service delivery via NPSsurveys.
