    Greeting and receiving visitors in aprofessional and friendly manner.
    Answer phone calls anddirect them to the appropriate employees.
    Manage andschedule appointments and meetings for executives.
    Keepthe reception area clean and organized.
    Handling incomingand outgoing mail and parcels.
    Assist with administrativetasks such as data entry, imaging, andphotography.
    Providing general administrative support tooffice staff.
    Office supplies and inventorymanagement.
    Coordinate travel and accommodationarrangements for team members.
    Assist in planning andcoordinating events.
