    Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols and Armani to name just a fewAbout The RoleTo plan and ensure execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events for the allocated Business Portfolio (BP), in full alignment with the policies and procedures of the Al Tayer Group (ATG) and the Brand / Principals guidelinesWhat You'll Be Doing

    Assist the Division Marketing manager in developing and executing tactical initiatives across all marketing functions, throughout and across the BP according to the specific and identified needs of the BUMaintain a thorough understanding of relevant Principal requirements and guidelines, ensuring that all the respective brands within the BU apply and adhere to the guidelines across all managed marketing activitiesIdentify opportunities to enhance and build stronger brand equity for all brands represented and make suitable recommendations to the Division Marketing manager


    People Management Roles and ResponsibilitiesGuide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level rolesAbout YouGraduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Business, Marketing Management or Mass CommunicationsYears of Experience7 to 10 of marketing experience, with atleast 2 years in a managerial role working with/for brand conscious organizations in a relevant retail industryKnowledge and SkillsMust have a good command of English.

    Arabic language skills would be an advantageShould be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skillsShould be able to lead and motivate teamsShould be Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & ExcelAdditional Information
