    Description
    Also will be responsible for:1. Monitor Soft services activities such as Housekeeping, General waste disposal, Pantry and Drinking water supplies, Pest control etc.2. Arrange for regular maintenance of Office Facilities like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc.3. Restock office (stationary Items) and kitchen supplies4. Coordinate office and parking space allocation5. Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners (e.g. suppliers, security guards, ADDC etc.)6.

    Strives to provide Facility services in the assigned work locations to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality business workflow with the best customer service level in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
