    Online Customer Specialist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - IIQAFGROUP

    Responsibilities

    • Act as the first point of contact for online customers and provide prompt and professional responses to their inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms
    • Identify and understand customer needs in order to provide accurate and personalized support
    • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and registration processes
    • Proactively follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales
    • Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements and enhancements to the online customer experience
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide the best possible customer service and recommendations

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
    • Proven work experience as an Online Customer Specialist or similar role
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude
    • Proficient in using various social media platforms
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
