- Act as the first point of contact for online customers and provide prompt and professional responses to their inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms
- Identify and understand customer needs in order to provide accurate and personalized support
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and registration processes
- Proactively follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements and enhancements to the online customer experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide the best possible customer service and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience as an Online Customer Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude
- Proficient in using various social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
