    Program Manager Corporate Travel Services - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - AL-FUTTAIM GROUP

    Description
    • Act as a trusted advisor tobusiness stakeholders on all matters related to business travelmanagement, among other related tasks as required to support keysenior contacts/stakeholders across the region. Network with thethird-party Travel Management Company to identify best practices intheir travel operations and provide recommendations to enhance andbring efficiencies.
    • Day-to-day point of contactproviding guidance specific to travel operations for regionallybased stakeholders, including for safety and security relatedmatters. Attend quarterly business review meetings with third-partyTravel Management Company stakeholders.
    • Ensurestrong focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuouslyimprove customer satisfaction ratings and champion customer issueescalation and resolution processes
    • Review andanalyze data regarding compliance and ensure cost savingopportunities are identified and presented. Coordinate and producemonthly reports of cost savings achieved and any missed savingsopportunities.
    • Work with the third-party TravelManagement Company to harmonize all TMC processes worldwide.Implement regional processes and operations aligned with localneeds.
    • Coordinate and execute tactical /operational travel management activities as directed by managementand assist with procurement activities such as hotel RFP, airlinesupplier contracts etc.
    • Ensure the region iscompliant in the use of standardized contracts, addendums, andframework agreements. Be the custodian of the Group InternationalBusiness Travel Policy and provide fair and consistent advice tostakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted service partnerto ensure customer intimacy and guide the business stakeholders asper their requirements and best practice, be a change agent andfacilitate change management and transitionmanagement.
    • Identify policy improvements andprovide recommendations to the Group for implementation and ensurethat compliance is maintained; review and strengthen internalcontrols and procedures; and provide guidance to leadership teamson process and governance. Influence policy and standards fortravel spend (including air, hotel, ground transportation, meals,meetings & events etc.)
    • Work with theGroup Head of HR Operations and the Group HRIS team on anyanalytics and reporting projects and activities. Provide supportfor collating and analyzing and visualizing relevant data, toenable effective data-supported decision-making by leaders and thebusiness.
