    YourMission
    We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Business Development Manager in Payment Solutions tomanage our sales efforts in this rapidly growing Middle East& African region. As the Business Development Manager youwill be responsible for developing and executing strategies todrive revenue growth expand market share and build strong clientrelationships within the MEA region. This role requires a deepunderstanding of traditional payment systems FinTech in general aswell as a proven sales track record. Keyresponsibilities:

    • Sales StrategyDevelopment: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategiesto achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration within thepayment sector in MEA.
    • Client RelationshipManagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with keyclients understanding their unique needs and challenges andproviding applicable Nuvei payment solutions to meet thoseneeds.
    • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of markettrends competitor activities and emerging technologies in theregion to identify new opportunities and potentialthreats.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deepunderstanding of our Nuvei payment solutions and effectivelycommunicate their value proposition to clients and prospects.Serves as an expert in the field and principaladvisor.
    • Collaboration: Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including product development pricingcompliance & risk and partnership to ensure alignment ofsales strategies with overall businessobjectives.
    • Sales Performance Tracking: Developand implement sales performance metrics and reporting systems tomonitor progress towards goals and identify areas forimprovement.
    • Strategic Partnerships andNetwork: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliancesto expand our reach and enhance our offerings in the paymentsector.
    • Bachelors degree in businessadministration Finance Commerce or related field; MBApreferred.
    • Proven track record of success insales roles within the financial services or fintech industry witha focus on payment solutions.
    • Deepunderstanding of acquiring ecommerce Point of Sale and paymentprocessing systems.
    • Motivated adaptable withstrong selling skills with the ability to be a selfstarter toachieve exceptional results thriving in a challengingenvironment.
    • Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentation skills.
    • Strategicthinker with the ability to develop and execute complex salesstrategies.
    • Resultsoriented with a focus ondriving revenue growth and exceedingtargets.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing marketconditions.
    • Existing network of contacts withinthe Acquiring Payments and FinTech industry is amust.
    • Ability to travel to meet clients andattend conferences/events asrequired.
    • Languages: English and Arabic amust
