    The Role

    As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving our business forward. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics, and fluency in both Arabic and English. While owning a visa in the UAE is mandatory, possessing a driving license is preferred but not obligatory.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and market trends. Use insights to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Sales Development: Actively explore new sales avenues working on-field and achieving sales target. Foster and maintain relationships with clients to ensure lasting partnerships.
    • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our products, especially in the Beverage Industry. Articulate product features and benefits convincingly to potential clients.
    • Client Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly. Upsell additional products or services to existing clients when opportunities arise.
    • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms and finalize sales deals to meet revenue targets. Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, including pipelines, projections, and achievements. Provide valuable market feedback to the management team.
    • Undertake ad-hoc sales projects, accomplish targets, etc.

    Ideal Profile

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Experience: 1-2 years of proven UAE sales experience is must in FMCG, preferably in the Beverage Industry.
    • Visa Status: Valid UAE visa and Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from previous employer to work with the employer.
    • Driving License: UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
    • Skills: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory) to be able to liaise effectivelky to different stakeholders across the region.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Educational degree is not a limitation for candidates demonstrating expertise).
    • Additional: Must have Own Visa. UAE sales experience in FMCG, preferably Beverage Industry.
