    Key responsibilities may include:

    • Project Planning andStrategy:

      • Conductfeasibility studies and market research to informdecision-making.
      • Formulate strategies tomaximize ROI and meet businessobjectives.
    • TeamLeadership and Collaboration:
      • Lead across-functional team, including architects, designers,contractors, and consultants.
      • Foster acollaborative and innovative work environment to drive projectsuccess.
      • Manage stakeholder relationships,including owners, investors, and otherpartners.
    • Budgeting andFinancial Management:
      • Oversee budget developmentand monitor financial performance throughout theproject.
      • Implement cost control measures andensure adherence to financialtargets.
    • RegulatoryCompliance and Permitting:
      • Ensure compliancewith local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatoryrequirements.
      • Manage the permitting process,working closely with local authorities andagencies.
    • Design andConstruction Management:
      • Work closely witharchitects and designers to create concept and designplans.
      • Supervise construction activities,ensuring quality, safety, and adherence toschedules.
    • RiskManagement and Troubleshooting:
      • Identify andmitigate project risks, including issues related to construction,budget, or timeline.
