    Description

    The Company:

    Our client is a large multinational with 50 years of experience across multiple industries such as freight forwarding; retail; trading in oil-field supply; construction; and defense contracting.

    Job Summary:

    This position is for the 'Clearing and Forwarding' division located in Abu Dhabi. This is a field sales role, best suited for an enthusiastic and result-oriented professional with prior Sales experience. You will meet monthly targets for revenue and new client acquisition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect clients through social media, networking, cold calling, and cold emailing.
    • Set up your own client meetings and travel to client locations daily.
    • Present compelling sales proposals.
    • Employ strategies to nurture cold leads into warm leads and warm leads to closed deals.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Close sales deals and secure new contracts with clients on a regular basis.
    • Ensure seamless delivery of solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
    • Be the client's point of contact and build professional relationships.
    • Maintain accurate daily records of leads, sales and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular forecasts and sales reports for the management.
    • Provide feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and customer management.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

    Requirements

    (Applications not meeting all of the following criteria will be rejected.)

    • Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
    • Sales experience in Freight Forwarding is mandatory.
    • Knowledge of Air, Sea, and Land freight is mandatory.
    • Outstanding communication skills in English is mandatory.
    • Field sales experience with proven deal-closing skills is mandatory.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Benefits

    • Salary of AED 8,000 per month.
    • Car allowance of AED 1,000 per month.
    • Work-visa from the date of joining as per government norms.
    • 30 days annual leaves; annual air-fare(s) as per government norms.
