    -Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, handle the collectionof debt and the resolution of account queries, raising salesinvoices and issuing credit
    -Responsible for managing debt
    -Building and maintaining close links with all customers, to ensuresmooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of
    -Ensuringcredit controllers work is prioritised
    -Ensuring accounts receivable targets are
    -Timely management of Invoicequeries/escalations
    -Ensuring Correct processesare-Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers
    -Maintaining contact withclients to ensure invoices are clear for
    - Resolving queries bothinternally and externally around outstanding
    -Posting and allocating dailyreceipts to accounting
    -Providing accurate accounts receivable information to AssistantFinance
    - Ensure Creditcontroller keep accurate records on chasing and payment

    Requirements

    -Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, bothinternally and externally at all
    -3 years experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit
    -Able to work
    -Experience in managing a small
    -Ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attentionto
    -Competence in Microsoft Office products, XL and accounting software(Xeropreferred).
    -Prior experience with systems including invoice
    -Calm, confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable
